Jobbing
activities
Jobbing is an assessment of retailers on
product
knowledge, merchandise display and adherence
to current
promotions.
* Provide consultation services on the use

shelf space by placing products
based
on popularity, present promotional
theme
* Disseminate, distribute and
replenish
point-of-perchase (POP) materials
when
necessary
How can jobbing help you?
Jobbers will ensure that retailers adhere
to pre-
determined criteria. Jobbers will be briefed and sent
out on
designated retail visits on a weekly, biweekly
or monthly basis.
Information will be gathered to
compile an assessment report. We will
then advice
on areas such as improving stock control, layout,
merchandie display and shelf space allocation.
Mystery Shopping
Mystery shoppers, acting as genuine walk-in
customers will be
sent to designated outlets to
assess retailers' product knowledge,
promotion
awareness and customer service. Mystery shoppers
will ask
retail staff certain questions
about the products. Findings will be
collated,
analysed and a report compiled for further
action.
